We need to confirm your system — Civica, MRI Housing, Capita, Aareon, or equivalent — for CSV redemption report compatibility before signature.
Connection fee: €7,950 + VAT at Tier One.
Hardware is bundled into the SEAI grant-funded retrofit works — no separate capital cost to the provider. Recurring fee is fundable from asset-management or tenant-support budgets.
